I have a calendar on my desk that I use for new releases. Whenever I hear of a new album I'm going to want to buy, I write it down in the appropriate space on the calendar. For the next two months of Tuesdays, that calendar is full to bursting. I have no space to write anymore. To mix metaphors, it's a little like standing on the shore and waiting for the tidal wave you can see in the distance.
I also had a hell of a week, so I decided to take a little break at tm3am.com this week, and give you a glimpse of what's coming up. There's a lot - just next week, I'm picking up 10 or so discs. Now all I have to do is find the time to listen to them all...
I also revealed my choice for the #5 album of the 2000s. As usual, click on over to read it, and come back here to leave me a comment.

Seriously, from one music junkie to another... seek help. The first step is admitting you have a problem. This usually happens when the floor of your house collapses under the weight of CDs. Until they take you away in a straight jacket I'll continue to enjoy reading your 3AM site and picking up a few hot tips along the way.ReplyDelete
Ah, but my CDs are all in the basement! No chance of the floor collapsing. See? I'm perfectly sane. :-) Thanks!ReplyDelete
